Hours of Operation

Our normal business hours of operation are 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Any meetings or events outside of our normal business hours will require an additional labor charge.

Minimum Notice Requirements

A minimum of 48 hours notice.

Catering Equipment and Property

For all service that does not require the presence of food service personnel, the responsibility for equipment will rest with the person or department makin the arrangements. Lost, damaged or unauthorized removal of equipment will be charged to your account at replacement cost.

Service Upgrades

China service is available for an additional fee for any catered function with 72 hours notice. China service will include plates, utensils, glassware and cloth napkins.

A labor charge will be accessed for all events requiring china service and will vary based on the size of the group.

Linen Rentals

Linens for tables are not included but may be rented at an additional cost.
